Nov Trip to Thailand!!!

THAILAND!!!!

Wednesday November 14th!! We all met up at the airport for breakfast at Burger King, checked in on time and frolicked around for 2 hours before our departure!! We reached, checked in and went for a steamboat dinner!! Then saw the tranny cabaret with all the beautiful ex-men. LOL

Before we called it a night we went to a cyber cafe to use the internet! hahaha sorry, we couldn't help it....withdrawals!! LOL

Day 2- Thursday! The five of us woke for the breakfast buffet at the hotel! Then we went shopping!! There was the wholesale market, Platnium mall and MBK!! We shoped all day and on the way back to the hotel, bought waayyy too much dunkin' donuts. Everything i just o damn cheap!! muahahah!!

Day 3! Friday Nov 16th! We woke for breakfast again! I'm so proud of me!! We spent half a day at Dreamworld! Its this small amusement park like 45 minutes away from Bangkok! It wasn't the best, but fun enough! there was this crazy spinny ride that was super rowdy too. AND phy tried the big roller coaster!! I'm so proud of her!! LOL During the night, we went to the night market (red light district area *brows*) to have dinner and more shopping!

Also, there were almost naked girls you could see dancing on the table tops at the go-go clubs! there were people selling under-table porn and people offering sex shows! Sexxxciting!! the night market is more expensive than other markets tho...I recommend bargining! LOL

Day 4- Saturday! We woke early so I could send some mail! and then headed to th weekend market! This was by far the cheapest and biggest shopping area that we visited!! They sold everything from housewares to clothes to foods and even to pets!! It was insanely hot and insanely crowded! but you know we had fun anyway!! I was also traumatized by the roadside food stall because I noticed how they washed the dishes and it suddenly occurred to me how many diseases I probably could get! Never again......

Paragon Bangkok was so much bigger and more beautiful than the one in Singapore!!

While waiting for Honey to get her nails done, I got to feed an elephant!! that seriously made my trip complete!! ahhh it was only 20 bhat for a bag of sugar cane to feed the baby elephant!! And it even curtsied for me before he left!! woohoo!!

We didn't bring a camera to club, but I can definitely tell you clubbing in Thailand is much more happening than Singapore!! The people are so rowdy its great! and theres no no-smoking rule and such! Plus their tequila shots are so much bigger!! loved it!! We did take some pictures when we got back all drunk and crazy though!! LOL and i remember waking up with a pretty nasty hangover.......lol

Yesterday!! Wednesday November 7th! was my Birthday!!! Yayy!! Happy Birthday to me!! LOL Went down to Tapas Tree at Clarke Quay for dinner!! Initially I had expected 12-15 people but in the end 18 people showed up! XD yay! I love you all!! The food was delicious and the people were great! People make me so happy!

Happy Halloween!! It is now the beginning of the best time of the year!

Saturday night was super bomb!I had so much fun! We started the night off at Hotel 81 putting on the costumes and makeups.....this year our group only went as kinky characters! Love it! We had a soldier/nurse, fantasy firefighter, French maid, Tranny and a Correctional facility officer!

National Day! On August 9th, Singapore turned 42! Happy Birthday Singapore!

Phy and I went down to the esplanade and got NDP hats, flags and stars LOL. Its pretty awesome cuz the stars have 3 different light modes :D

Changing Appetites!!!
This was a super yummy place for eating! It has Mexican inspired foods with the jalapeños and cheese! Yummy! Pricing wise wasn't too bad either. One main course is about $15 :D Dessert looked awesome too, but didn't have any as the main course was so filling :D The staff was friendly and the seats were comfortable! Only thing was the food took awhile to prepare. Definitely worth the wait though ;)
Our rating is 4.5/5.

Pam and Phylaine make twice baked potatoes!

This is a fun cooking project that you can be adjusted to your taste!

Bake potatoes until cooked (5-7 mins in a microwave, don't forget to poke holes!)
Cut the potato in half and scratch out the inside with a fork, leaving the skin intact (about 1cm potato left)

Mix the potato fillings with cooked meat (preferably bacon, but we used minced beef) and add salt to taste.

Re-stuff your potato skin with the potato mix, add your selected vegetable and cheese on the top. (we used tomato :D)

Bake for another 4-5 minutes on high.Savor and save this page to bake again for your friends!

Phylaine and pam made chocolate cupcakes!

Easy Chocolate Cupcakes
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Ingredients!

Mixture 2/3 filled in cups!
Baked for 15 minutes (test readiness with a toothpick)

Our Frosting is as follows:

1 cup butter, room temerature
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners’ sugar (approx. 1 lb.)
2-4 tablespoons milk

We do suggest a blender because its very hard to get a smooth texture without one (--,)

Add your favorite color to the mix :D

Spices!
Chop onions into little cubes
Cut mushrooms into strips or cubesFry the pork (though most prefable meat is beef), onions, mushrooms, spices and tomato puree together (add salt/sugar to taste)
Spread a layer of sauce into your pan
Apply a layer of noodles, apply sauce (repeat as many layers as desired)
Top the lasagna with shredded (mozzarella) cheese
Insert into preheated oven (about 200 deg Celsius)
Bake for about 20-25 minutes (watch the cheese)
Remove from oven
consume with pleasure!!!
